Exciting News! Current Red "V" plan users: We are switching "V"-based carriers. We'll need to have contact from you for a few minutes (If you’ve already transferred your service with us recently, please just disregard this notice).
We are constantly looking for ways to serve you better and to this end we wanted to let you know about some great news for our RED "V" plan users! We are switching to a new "V"-based carrier and we think that will improve your overall experience. All with plans and prices that will be very similar to what you've been used to with us; simple, and No Contract.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS
TO YOU OF THE NEW CARRIER?
- You will have better
coverage and reception across Montana and the United States because the
new carrier uses their entire
network.
- The new carrier’s
Call Center is based and staffed right in the Heartland of America, in Nebraska.
- We expect you to
receive clearer, timelier, and less confusing alert text messages from the
new carrier than from the previous one.
- And more to come!
- You still get to use
your same phone, same phone number, and everything is still No Contract.
- No change to how you
pay us through our website at www.iWirelessMT.com (or www.MTiPhones.com), in person at the store,
at the mail slot at the store, by mailing in a payment, etc.
THERE WILL BE NO COST
TO YOU TO SWITCH!
- iWireless LLC will cover
the costs for transferring to the new service.
- If you have a phone
that needs a SIM card, we will cover the cost and give you the SIM card
for free.
HAVE SOME CUSTOMERS
ALREADY BEEN SWITCHED OVER?
- Yes! We have already
switched a number of customers, and they have been pleased
with the results (If you’ve
already transferred your service with us, please just disregard this
notice).
WHAT IS THE TRANSITION
PROCESS?
- We will need to have
contact with you for a few minutes to get a setting off of your phone and
a couple other minor details.
- We are looking to
switch most customers over in the next 1-ish month or so, whenever might be
the earliest convenience for you.
- You will most likely
want to wait until near the end of your billing cycle to make the switch, because whatever remaining days you
have left on the current carrier will be forfeited. For example, if you
are paid two months ahead, simply wait
until those two months have passed and then we can switch you after that. However, your account needs to be "active" on the
current carrier in order to transfer to the new carrier.
- If you are in the
Bozeman area, it would be easiest if you could swing by the store sometime
so that we can help and explain for a
few minutes (please bring in all phones with you).
- If you are outside
of the Bozeman area, not to worry, we can help switch you, too.
- When you are switched
to the new carrier, your voicemail will be reset along with losing any
saved voicemail messages. Therefore,
it's a good idea to save any important voicemail messages elsewhere before
we switch you over.
- You won't be
switched randomly to the new carrier or without your knowledge -- we'll
need to have contact with you first to get
a setting from your phone and so that we know a good date for you for the
switch.
